Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

 Kold With It Crowning LLC is committed to providing reliable and timely shipping for all hair products, hair units, and retail items purchased through our website. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. 

  Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
• Processing includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.  
• Custom or specialty hair orders may require the full processing window.  

Shipping Time

• Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.  

Maximum Fulfillment TimeThe total processing and shipping time will not exceed 14 business days from the date of purchase.  

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination and are clearly displayed at checkout. Standard rates are as follows:

• PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may experience extended delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
 

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 Kold With It Crowning LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues
   
• Weather conditions
   
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

 If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly. 

At Kold With It Crowning LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality hair, hair products, and professional salon services. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and appointments. 

Hair Extensions/Wigs/Hair Pieces: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.

• Hair Care Products: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Salon Services: Due to the nature of services, no refunds are offered once a service has been completed. Adjustments may be provided based on management approval within 72 hours of the original service.

We only accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:

Hair Extensions / Wigs / Bundles

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered (no cutting, dyeing, brushing, or installation)
• In original packaging
• With tags and seals intact Hair Care Products
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns may be approved for the following reasons:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product (not caused by customer misuse)
• Incorrect length, texture, or color based on order
• Manufacturing issues discovered before use

Proof such as photos or videos may be required.

 To initiate a return:

1. Email info@kwicrowning.com with:

• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos/videos (if applicable)

2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Ship the product back using the instructions provided in your RA email.

• Product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

*Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

•  Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after product inspection.
• Refunds are returned to the original method of payment only.
• If the return is denied, the customer may request the item be shipped back at their expense.
• Shipping fees, installation fees, and service charges are non-refundable.

Service Refunds

Kold With It Crowning LLC does not issue refunds for completed services.

However, we may offer:

• A correction or adjustment (within 72 hours)
• Partial credit toward a future service (case-by-case basis). Customer is responsible for return shipping unless Kold With It Crowning LLC is at fault.
